❚❚❚❚❚ KOTETSU KABURAGI (NHD-C12-KBG-072) - You pro8a8ly don't need me to tell you how much of a pro8lem he could 8e. 8ut he's a friend of mine, and I try to keep an eye on him.
❚❚❚❚❚ ISSHIN KUROSAKI (NHD-C12-KRK-609) - I don't know him that well. 8ut he seems idealistic. Could 8e trou8le down the road.
❚❚❚❚❚ EREN JAEGER (NHD-C12-JGR-104) - He might 8e more dangerous than all the others on this list. He's extremely idealistic and can get downright violent a8out what he feels are moral wrongs. I think he might 8e kind of insane? Plus the whole titan thing. If he 8roke away from the CDC, a lot of destruction would result. 8ut no deaths. I genuinely 8elieve he'd go out of his way to ensure no one got hurt.
❚❚❚❚❚ EDWARD ELRIC (NHD-C12-LRC-310) - Again, I 8arely know him. 8ut he's a fellow mem8er of Grey team, and his file pretty much says it all. Since he's a fellow exile, I can keep an eye on him, too.
❚❚❚❚❚ ELENA GILBERT (NHD-C12-GLT-831) - She is one of my closest friends. 8ut it's for that reason I know what she's capa8le of. She doesn't pose a threat in a normal situation, 8ut if someone she cared a8out were 8rought into the picture and threatened, I think she could go 8erserk.
❚❚❚❚❚ KYOYA HIBARI (NHD-C12-HBR-180) - Look, he's my 8oyfriend. 8ut he's also a 8attle-hungry idiot who challenged Gliese on a whim! I think that 8attle lust could get him into trou8le at a 8ad time. Not 8y defying orders. I mean, he's a fucking assassin, he's fine with the 8rutal shit we need to do. 8ut he might go after something, or someone, he shouldn't.
❚❚❚❚❚ TSUNAYOSHI SAWADA (M02-B25-027) - Gliese's post a8out Optimus almost 8roke him in half. If that's enough to fuck him up, can you imagine what Macha will do? Plus, despite appearances, it turns out he's pretty fucking powerful. Could have a psychotic 8r8k and 8e a real danger to the crew if his world and his friends aren't enough to hold him 8ack someday.
❚❚❚❚❚ SEBASTIAN MICHAELIS (M02-B25-666) - 8y his own admission, his contract with Ciel Phantomhive comes 8efore everything else for him. He'll work with the CDC as long as he thinks they further that goal, 8ut if something changes his mind a8out that? He'll 8e a serious threat.
❚❚❚❚❚ ELLIE (NHD-C12-ELI-012) - To 8e honest, she may not deserve to 8e on this list. 8ut she's got a good heart, and she may hit her 8r8king point eventually. She's not dangerous on her own, 8ut she was made a lead and could influence others.
❚❚❚❚❚ JOEL (NHD-C12-JOL-071) - I don't know this guy at all. 8ut he's insanely protective of Ellie. If any CDC mission results with her death, it seems likely he'd go all vigilante and shit.
❚❚❚❚❚ D'ARTAGNAN (NHD-C12-DRT-230) - He's good hearted. Everything that's happened so far seems to 8e pushing him to his limits. If he 8r8ks, something tells me he WILL fight 8ack.

❚❚❚❚❚ ISSHIN KUROSAKI (--) - Removing him from the list since he's gone from the crew directory.
❚❚❚❚❚ EREN JAEGER (NHD-C12-JGR-104) - I saw him during the fight against that giant tentacled pain in the ass. He did well. The same threats from 8efore apply, but it's clear he can handle his Titan form. I am fairly confident he won't endanger other crew mem8ers with it, unless he goes 8erserker against the CDC after all.
❚❚❚❚❚ KYOYA HIBARI (NHD-C12-HBR-180) - I neutralized any threat he presented personally. He's off the list.
❚❚❚❚❚ SEBASTIAN MICHAELIS (M02-B25-666) - He straight up fucking devoured a Neraki. It was disgusting, and kind of messed up. Not that I can 8lame him, 8ut with the empathic connection Neraki have, he will not 8e their favorite person now. He has undou8tedly 8rought a gr8 deal more rage down on his head, for what amounted to little 8etter than a personal experiment. He could endanger other mem8ers of the crew this way! I will keep an eye out for now and see if any extra trou8le comes of his gross whacko tendencies.
❚❚❚❚❚ D'ARTAGNAN (NHD-C12-DRT-230) - I think he might still 8r8k, between you and me. 8ut I saw him at the Rakitsa camp during the rescue. He did 8etter than I expected he would. He might 8e alright after all, 8ut I will continue to monitor him.
❚❚❚❚❚ NEW ADDITIONS
❚❚❚❚ CIEL PHANTOMHIVE (M02-B25-214) - I don't think *he's* a threat. 8ut it's occurred to me he should 8e on here 8ecause if something happens to him, and Se8astian can't get his soul, Se8astian will pro8a8ly go rogue. And 8y pro8a8ly, I mean definitely. He doesn't give even one flying fuck a8out the CDC! So if Ciel dies, Se8astian 8ecomes a pro8lem. He could 8e useful as 8lackmail to manipul8 Se8astian into cooperation, at least.
❚❚❚❚ NOVEMBER 11 (NHD-C12-NOV-044) - What a pain in the ass. 8ut anyway, he's a sociopath who may or may not 8e shithive maggots. I mean crazy. I don't think he's a risk right now, 8ut he has the serious potential to 8e a pro8lem if the CDC ever goes in a direction he decides he doesn't like.
❚❚❚❚ AMBER (M02-B25-111) - Her file says she is a fucking terrorist! Frankly, I 8elieve it. She isn't right in the thinkpan, 8etween you and me. I just want to keep an eye on her. Someone like her could easily start plotting against the CDC if she decided she wanted to for some reason.
❚❚❚❚ WADE WILSON (NHD-C12-WLN-123) - I think he's just really super crazy? Like really, ridiculously, completely shithive bugfuck???? Unpredicta8ility is a 8ad quality when you're trying to keep people alive. He seems to 8e playing nice for now, I guess? 8ut he's worth keeping an eye on. Seriously, he's so weird. Whatever the CDC promised him in exchange for his contract, it 8etter 8e enough to tame him and keep him from harming the other recruits for shits and giggles.
❚❚❚❚ MAYA AYLING (NHD-C12-YLG-348) - Definitely a total softy. Went down like a sack of 8uilding materials during the camp raid. I don't think she has the spine to carry out the CDC's missions in the long term. Haha, spine. Lol. Anyway, she's not a threat right now, 8ut I expect her to start really 8eing a pro8lem as we continue ramping the missions up.
❚❚❚❚ XION (M02-B25-358) - I should have added her earlier. She had a 8ig moral fit on Gliese's transmission a8out Optimus. Seems to 8e struggling with fulfilling the CDC's mission, and even her file descri8es her as sickeningly sweet. I think it's pro8a8le that she'll one day refuse orders that are too unpalata8le to her morals.
❚❚❚❚ KORRA (NHD-C12-KRA-152) - I caught a glimpse of her during the camp raid. I don't think she's a real pro8lem yet, but she had an issue with the Neraki wigglers too. I mean kids. Could mean she's a lia8ility l8er on if her orders include more killing.
❚❚❚❚ SAMUS ARAN (M02-B25-781) - I think I saw her 8arfing somewhere after the camp raid. I wanted to 8elieve she was more competent, 8ut if it affected her that 8adly........ well, I'm sure you understand the o8vious eventual pro8lems.
❚❚❚❚ LOKI LAUFEYSON (NHD-C12-LKI-016) - ........ is it just me, or is his file different now than what it used to 8e? What's up with that? He's a tricky character. Did he do something? Does he need o8servation?
❚❚❚❚ ANSEM (M02-B25-349) - I know you're in charge of Medical, so you may have seen this guy. What a wreck! He was 8urned from thinkpan to nub. O8viously he had a tough time with the Neraki. If he couldn't fight his way out, he may 8e trou8le for other recruits l8r.
❚❚❚❚ MINEVA LAO ZABI (M02-B25-087) - I sort of hesit8 to put her on here. She is one of those no8le souls, you know? Dreams 8ig, aspires to gr8er things, etcetera. 8ut she definitely doesn't like what we do. I don't know if she'll 8r8k someday, 8ut I thought it was at least worth noting.
❚❚❚❚ GINKO (M02-B25-522) - Another one I saw having trou8le during the raid on camp. I guess it isn't a 8iiiiiiiig deal if we have recruits that can't fight, 8ut if they can't, they either need to learn how, or learn to 8e useful and get themselves out of the way. This guy didn't. If he needs rescuing again, it could cost lives.

❚❚❚❚❚ TSUNAYOSHI SAWADA (M02-B25-027) - I h8 to do this. 8ut I have to upgrade Tsuna to an actual threat. He 8roke down during the raid. He killed a child apparently 8y fucking accident and had a nervous 8r8kdown over it. Totally froze up. I almost died getting his ass out of there, and he would have 8een slaughtered if not for me. He is already a real and present lia8ility to his crewm8s, and one that I can't afford to ignore.

❚❚❚❚❚ EDWARD ELRIC (NHD-C12-LRC-310) - I've gotten to know him a little 8it 8etter since my last upd8 on him, 8ut that's not really what's changed anything. His 8rother is here now! They seem to 8e pretty close. Ed can be kind of an idiot sometimes, to underst8 the matter. If something happened to Alphonse... I'm sure you see where that's going.
❚❚❚❚❚ JOEL (NHD-C12-JOL-071) - I was wrong. The worst came to pass, and he somehow held up. So he's off the list. If he can survive Ellie dying, I think he'll 8e fine.
❚❚❚❚❚ ELLIE (NHD-C12-ELI-012) - She's off for the same reasons. I still think she holds a lot of sway over people, 8ut I always assumed Joel was the 8iggest risk for someone she could 8r8k with her untimely death. I'm not aware of anyone else who would let loose on the CDC if something happened to her.
❚❚❚❚❚ TSUNAYOSHI SAWADA (M02-B25-027) - He seems to 8e doing ok. No more mental 8r8kdowns that I've seen. He is 8y no means off the list yet, 8ut what I have seen is encouraging.
❚❚❚❚❚ NEW ADDITIONS
❚❚❚❚ VEGETA (M02-B25-732) - He threatened to kill me! Ok, that's not the real pro8lem. Well, it kind of is? All I did was irrit8 him, and he wasn't joking about killing me. He would do it if he thought he could get away with it. How long is he really going to play nice if that's the case? What if he gets orders he doesn't like, or other recruits start pissing him off too much? He has a lot of potential to 8ecome a dangerous renegade if mishandled.
❚❚❚❚ ALPHONSE ELRIC (M02-B25-189) - Ed's 8rother. That and his file are all I know about him. Seems like a good kid, 8ut willing to get the jo8 done! I don't think the CDC will 8r8k him. 8ut losing his 8rother might.
❚❚❚❚ LUKE SKYWALKER (M02-B25-200) - Let's 8e real, he is perfectly innocuous in terms of personality. 8ut his powers aren't. He's a no8le hero type, sure, like a 8unch of other losers here. 8ut his powers give him a lot of literal insight into other recruits. At the very least, it could make him a lia8ility if he doesn't like what he finds - or likes it too much, and can't take it out!
❚❚❚❚ BARNABY BROOKS JR. (NHD-C12-BRK-287) - I don't like admitting I'm wrong. 8ut I was wrong a8out him. He is a lia8ility. Well, not right now. He has the potential to 8ecome one. He and Kotetsu are each other's gr8est weaknesses. I hear Gliese got on 8arna8y's case a8out it, in fact. As much as I h8 to admit this: she was right.
