[ So, anyway. Only once the investigation is over and deep fried Josh has been put on a pike does Vriska emerge from her hiding place. She'll just kind of mysteriously appear in the middle of the village, looking like... uh... well.

Kind of a mess. Like, her clothes are dirty and her hair is almost hilariously tangled. She doesn't seem to care, though.

She'll kind of make a beeline for her hut unless there are assholes willing to get in her way.

And there's always one, isn't there? ]

[ Pulling in a deep breath and sighing out through her nose, Vriska presses the insides of her wrists to her eyes and just kinda stays that way for a moment. Muttering: ]

[ Lowering one hand, she'll watch him leave, her own expression hard to read. ]

... don't worry about it, [ she'll murmur, not really trying to raise her voice for him to hear.

Seems like he's got a softer heart than it might seem on the surface. ]
